Out of Network

I operate on a fee-for-service basis. I am not paneled with any commercial insurance companies, and payment is due at time-of-service.

Most patients can submit a superbill to their insurance company to take advantage of their “out-of-network” benefits after they pay our practice directly.

Fees

First Appointment

• Child & Adolescent initial consultation - $650

• Adult initial consultation - $500

Subsequent Appointments

• Combined therapy & medication - $400

• Medication management - $250

Phone Calls

• Unscheduled phone calls lasting longer than 20 minutes will be billed at the same rate as a subsequent appointment ($250)
